Protein Family: Hormones
Pathway and Disease: Development and Behavior, Signaling Molecules and Interaction
Description:
Protein p311 (PTZ17 or neuronal protein 3.1), a 8-kDa polypeptide, is highly expressed in invasive glioma cells. Decreased phosphorylation of P311 is observed in migration-activated glioma cells. Protein P311 is also involved in smooth muscle myogenesis.
Alternate Names: Neuronal protein 3.1, Protein p311
Application Notes: E: 1:500-1:1,000; WB: 1:200-1:500; IHC: 1:200-1:500
Accession No.: Q16612
Antigen: KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the N-term region of human P311 protein.
Format: Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4 with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-G affinity chromatography.
Storage:
Store at -20°C. Minimize freeze-thaw cycles. Product is guaranteed one year from the date of shipment.
