ARP-24-5111-MSM1
Catalog Number: 24-5111-MSM1
Size: 100 µl, 0.5 ml, 1 ml
Isotype: Mouse IgG2a, kappa
Size: 100 µl, 0.5 ml, 1 ml
Isotype: Mouse IgG2a, kappa
Decription:
Recognizes a non-histone protein of 36kDa, which is identified as proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). It is also known as cyclin or polymerase delta auxiliary protein. Elevated expression of PCNA/cyclin has been shown in the nucleus during late G1 phase immediately before the onset of DNA synthesis, becoming maximal during S-phase and declining during G2 and M phases. This monoclonal antibody is excellent for multiple applications.
Synonyms: Cyclin, DNA polymerase delta auxiliary protein, Mutagen-sensitive 209 protein, PCNAR, Polymerase delta accessory protein
Clone: PC10
Isotype: Mouse IgG2a, kappa
Immunogen: Rat PCNA/Protein A fusion protein
Reactivity: human, monkey, pig, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, drosophila melanogaster and Yeast (S. pombe & S. cerevisiae). Others not known.
Form: Purified, in 10mM PBS with 0.05% BSA & 0.05% azide. Also available WITHOUT BSA & azide at 1.0mg/ml.
Applications: Flow Cytometry (0.5-1ug/million cells in 0.1ml)
Immunofluorescence (0.5-1ug/ml)
Western Blotting (0.5-1ug/ml)
Immunohistology (Formalin-fixed) (0.25-0.5ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT)
(Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes)
Optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined.
Reactivity: Tonsil or reactive lymph node
Concentration: 0.2mg/ml
Storage: Can be stored at +4C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
