PD-L1 is a therapeutic target gene that has FDA approved therapies for melanoma, urothelial cancer and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). These therapies are PD-L1 targeted inhibitors with potential survival benefits in certain cases. PD-L1 is also associated with various cancers including kidney, bladder, colorectal, gastric, breast, renal, and head and neck cancers.
