Description:
Alpha-type platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFRA), a tyrosine protein kinase, is a receptor that binds both PDGFA and PDGFB. A fusion of PDGFRA and FIP1L1 due to an interstitial chromosomal deletion is the cause of some cases of hypereosinophilic syndrome.
Format:
Each vial contains 0.1 mg of lyophilized peptide. Reconstitute with 0.1 ml deionized water for a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Use at 5.6 ug/ml for a 100X excess over antibody for maximum blocking effect.
