Background:
The phosphatidylethanolamine (PE)-binding proteins, including PEBP4, are an evolutionarily conserved family of proteins with pivotal biologic functions, such as lipid binding and inhibition of serine proteases (Wang et al., 2004 [PubMed 15302887]).
Other Names:
Phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein 4, PEBP-4, hPEBP4, Protein cousin-of-RKIP 1, PEBP4, CORK1
Target/Specificity:
This PEBP4 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 100-127 amino acids from the Central region of human PEBP4.
Antigen Region:
100-127
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide
Gene Name: PEBP4
Gene ID: 157310
Primary Accession: Q96S96
NCBI Accession: NP_659399.2
Other Accession: NP_659399.2
Format: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
