Use: Used to detect the concentration of porcine kidney injury molecule 1 (Kim1) in samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant.Specificity: This kit uses a double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). In a microwell ELISA plate pre-coated with anti-pig kidney injury molecule 1 (Kim1) antibody (solid phase antibody), add the pig kidney injury molecule 1 (Kim1) calibrator and the sample to be tested, then add the biotin-labeled antibody, after incubation and sufficient washing, add HRP-coupled avidin, after incubation and sufficient washing, remove the unbound components, and form a sandwich complex of solid phase antibody-antigen-biotin-labeled antibody-avidin enzyme on the solid surface of the microwell plate. Add TMB colorimetric solution to produce a blue product, which is finally converted into yellow under the action of the stop solution. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at a wavelength of 450nm on the microplate reader. The absorbance (OD value) is positively correlated with the concentration of pig kidney injury molecule 1 (Kim1) in the sample to be tested. Fitting the calibrator curve can calculate the concentration of pig kidney injury molecule 1 (Kim1) in the sample.
