Background:
PiggyBac transposable element-derived protein 5(PGBD5) is a single-pass membrane protein that composed of 445 amino acid, which is a member of the PGBD family. The piggyBac family of proteins, found in diverse animals, are transposases related to the transposase of the canonical piggyBac transposon from the moth, Trichoplusia ni.
Immunogen:
A synthetic peptide (conjugated with KLH)corresponding to the N-terminal of human PGBD5.
Recommended Application:
Western Blot, WB(1:2000-5000); Immunohistochemistry, IHC-P (1:100); Immunocytochemistry, ICC (1:50-200)
Product Form: Liquid
Purification: Protein A purified
Storage Buffer: 1*PBS (pH7.4), 0.2% BSA, 40% Glycerol and 0.05% Sodium Azide.
Storage Instruction:
Store at 4℃ after thawing (1 week). Aliquot and store at -20℃ for long term (at least one year). Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
