Background:
phosphatidylinositol transfer protein beta(PITPNB) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a cytoplasmic protein that catalyzes the transfer of phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidylcholine between membranes. This transfer activity is required for COPI complex-mediated retrograde transport from the Golgi apparatus to the endoplasmic reticulum. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2013],
Alternative Names:
PITPNB, Phosphatidylinositol transfer protein beta isoform, PI-TP-beta, PtdIns transfer protein beta, PtdInsTP beta
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human PITPNB. AA range:20-69
Isotype: Rabbit
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Observed band: 32
GeneID: PITPNB
Storage: -20°C/1 year
