Porcine Connective Tissue Growth Factor (CTGF) Detection Kit

Use: Used to detect the concentration of porcine connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) in samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant.Specificity: This kit uses double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). In the microwell ELISA plate pre-coated with anti-porcine connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) antibody (solid phase antibody), add the CTGF calibrator and the sample to be tested, then add the biotin-labeled antibody, after incubation and sufficient washing, add HRP-coupled avidin, after incubation and sufficient washing, remove the unbound components, and form a sandwich complex of solid phase antibody-antigen-biotin-labeled antibody-avidin enzyme on the solid phase surface of the microwell plate. Add TMB colorimetric solution to produce a blue product, which is finally converted into yellow under the action of the stop solution. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at a wavelength of 450nm on the microplate reader. The absorbance (OD value) is positively correlated with the concentration of CTGF in the sample to be tested. The concentration of CTGF in the sample can be calculated by fitting the calibrator curve.
