Background:
The protein phosphatase (PP) holoenzyme is a trimeric complex composed of a regulatory subunit, a variable subunit and a catalytic subunit. Four major families of protein phosphatase catalytic subunits have been identified, designated PP1, PP2A, PP2B (calcineurin) and PP2C. An additional protein phosphatase catalytic subunit, PPX (also known as PP4) is a putative member of a novel PP family.
Alternative Name:
Serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 4 catalytic subunit, PP4C, Pp4, Protein phosphatase X, PP-X, PPP4C, PPP4, PPX
Application Dilution: WB: 1:500~1:2000, IHC/IF: 1:50~1:200, IP: 1:50 - 1:200
Specificity: PPP4C polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of PPP4C protein.
Immunogen:
Recombinant full length Human PPP4C.
MW: ~ 35 kDa
Swis Prot.: P60510
Purification & Purity:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Format:
1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide, 50% Glycerol.
Storage:
Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
