Specificity: It can specifically recognize the heavy chains on sheep IgG and the light chains on all sheep immunoglobulins. And Immunoelectrophoresis shows bands only in the gamma region against normal sheep serum.

Dilution: It is concentrated product, can be diluted with TBST (pH 7.0).

Store at 4℃ for frequent use, at-20℃ for long term. And store the diluted solution at 4℃. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
