The encoded protein is found in thenucleus, where it colocalizes with core spliceosomal proteins.Studies of a mouse protein with high sequence similarity to thisprotein suggest that this protein may act as a transcriptionalcoactivator for JUN/AP-1 and estrogen receptors.
