Description
tnaA, also known as Tryptophanase/L-cysteine desulfhydrase. Tryptophanase is an enzyme that catalyzes the chemical reaction. Thus, the two substrates of this enzyme are L-tryptophan and H2O, whereas its 3 products are indole, pyruvate, and NH3. Recombinant E. coli tnaA, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
Tryptophanase/L-cysteine desulfhydrase PLP-dependent, Tryptophanase/L-cysteine desulfhydrase, PLP-dependent, TryptophanaseConcentration
0.5mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) containing 10% glycerol, 1mM DTTStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
