Description
AGR3, also known as anterior gradient protein 3 homolog precursor, is a secreted cytoplasmic protein which is involved in metastasis induction and p53 tumour supressor inhibition. It may serve as molecular marker and potential therapeutic target for hormone-responsive breast tumours. Recombinant human AGR3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.Alternative Names
Anterior gradient protein 3 homolog, AG3, BCMP11, hAG-3, HAG3, PDIA18Concentration
1mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 20% glycerol, 0.1M NaCl, 1mM DTTStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
