Description
ANG, as known as Angiogenin, belongs to RNase A family. This protein is an exceedingly potent mediator of new blood vessel formation. It hydrolyzes cellular tRNAs resulting in decreased protein synthesis and is similar to pancreatic ribonuclease. Recombinant human ANG protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.Alternative Names
Angiogenin ribonuclease RNase A family 5, Angiogenin, ribonuclease, RNase A family, 5, ALS9, HEL168, MGC22466, MGC71966, RNASE4, RNASE5Concentration
0.5mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 10% glycerol 0.4M ureaStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
