Description
Annexin A3, also known as ANXA3, belong to the calcium dependent phospholipid binding protein family which play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and in signal transduction pathways. This protein functions in the inhibition of phospholipase A2 and cleavage of inositol 1, 2 cyclic phosphates to form inositol 1 phosphate. It has been reported for the signaling cascade in rat liver regeneration. Recombinant human ANXA3 was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
