Description
ASPRV1, also known as MuNO, SASP and ASAPase, is a protein that contains 1 peptidase A2 domain. This protein is expressed primarily in the granular layer of the epidermis and inner root sheath of hair follicles and localized to membrane region. This protein undergoes autocleavage which is necessary for activation of the protein. Recombinant human ASPRV1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
Aspartic peptidase retroviral-like 1, Aspartic peptidase, retroviral-like 1, MuNO, SASP, SASPase, TapsConcentration
0.25mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 0.15M NaCl, 10% glycerol,1mM DTTStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
