Description
Coiled-coil domain containing 101 (CCDC101), also known as SGF29, has been identified as a subunit of the SAGA (Spt-Ada-Gcn5 acetyltransferase) histone acetyltransferase complex in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which is conserved from yeast to humans. Recombinant human CCDC101 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
