Description
Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 15, also known as CCL15, is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family that is also known as thymus and activation regulated chemokine. CCL15 induces changes in intracellular calcium concentration in monocytes and is thought to act through the CCR1 receptor. This gene expresses both monocistronic and bicistronic transcripts, which encode the same protein. Recombinant human CCL15 protein was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
C-C motif chemokine ligand 15, Chemokine CC-2, HCC-2, Leukotactin-1, LKN-1, MIP-1 delta, MIP-1d, Macrophage inflammatory protein 5, MIP-5, Mrp-2b, NCC-3, Small-inducible cytokine A15, SCYA15Concentration
0.5mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) 10% glycerolStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
