Description
Low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor II-a, also known as FCGR2A, is a member of a family of immunoglobulin Fc receptor genes found on the surface of many immune response cells. This protein is a cell surface receptor found on phagocytic cells such as macrophages and neutrophils, and is involved in the process of phagocytosis and clearing of immune complexes. Recombinant human FCGR2A protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
Low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor II-a, IgG Fc receptor II-a, CDw32, Fc gamma receptor Iia, Fc-gamma RII-a, Fc-gamma-RIIa, FcRII-a, CD32, FCGR2A, CD32A, FCG2, FCGR2A1, IGFR2Concentration
0.25mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 0.1M NaCl, 50% glycerol, 1mM DTTStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
