Description
CDK3 is a member of the cyclin-dependent protein kinase family. The protein promotes entry into S phase, in part by activating members of the E2F family of transcription factors. The protein also associates with cyclin C and phosphorylates the retinoblastoma 1 protein to promote exit from G0. Recombinant human CDK3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.Alternative Names
Cyclin-dependent kinase 3, CDKN3, Cell division protein kinase 3, Cyclin dependent kinase 3Concentration
0.25mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 1M urea, 10% glycerolStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
