Description
Cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 3, also known CDKN3, belongs to the dual specificity protein phosphatase family. It was identified as a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor, and has been shown to interact with, and dephosphorylate CDK2 kinase, thus prevent the activation of CDK2 kinase. Also CDKN3 is important in cell cycle regulation. Recombinant human CDKN3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
