Description
CRMP1 also known as Dihydropyrimidinase-related protein 1 isoform2. It is necessary for signaling by class 3 semaphorins and subsequent remodeling of the cytoskeleton. It plays a role in axon guidance, invasive growth and cell migration and may participate in cytokinesis.
