Description
CUEDC2 belongs to the CUEDC2 family and contains 1 CUE domain. This protein down-regulates ESR1 protein levels through the ubiquitination-proteasome pathway, regardless of the presence of 17 beta-estradiol. It also involves in 17 beta-estradiol-induced ESR1 degradation and controls PGR protein levels through a similar mechanism. Recombinant human CUEDC2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
CuE domain-containing protein 2, bA18I14.5, C10orf66Concentration
1mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 0.15M NaCl, 20% glycerol, 1mM DTTStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
