Description
GBA3 is an enzyme that can hydrolyze several types of glycosides. Some individuals, as represented by the reference genome allele, contain a single nucleotide polymorphism that results in a premature stop codon in the coding region, and therefore this allele is pseudogenic due to the failure to produce a functional full-length protein. Recombinant human GBA3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
Cytosolic beta-glucosidase, CBG, CBGL1, GLuC, KLRPConcentration
0.25mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) containing 20% glycerol, 1mM DTTStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
