Description
TNFRSF25, also known as Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 25, is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily that binds to the TNF-like protein TL1A. TNFRSF25 signals are required to exert T helper cell 2 effector function in Th2-polarized CD4 cells and co-stimulate interleukin-13 production by glycosphingolipid[1]activated NKT cells. Its axis is a novel immune pathway that participates in the pathogenesis of a variety of autoimmune rheumatic diseases. These molecules may be promising therapeutic targets for inflammatory arthritis. Recombinant human TNFRSF25, fused to hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 25, Apo-3, Apoptosis-inducing receptor AIR, Apoptosis-mediating receptor DR3, Apoptosis-mediating receptor TRAMP, Death receptor 3, Lymphocyte-associated receptor of death, LARD, Protein WSL, Protein WSL-1, APO3, DDR3, DR3, TNFRSF12, WSL, WSL1, TR3Concentration
0.25mg/ml (determined by absorbance at 280nm)Concentration
Liquid in. Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) containing 10% glycerolStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
