Description
EPOR, also known as Erythropoietin receptor, mediates erythropoietin-induced erythroblast proliferation and differentiation. Upon EPO stimulation, it dimerizes triggering the JAK2/STAT5 signaling cascade. In some cell types, can also activate STAT1 and STAT3. So it may also activate the LYN tyrosine kinase. Recombinant human EPOR, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
Erythropoietin receptor, EPO-R, EPORConcentration
0.5mg/ml (determined by absorbance at 280nm)Concentration
Liquid in. Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) containing 10% glycerolStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
