Description
ETS2 is a transcription factor which regulates genes involved in development and apoptosis. The encoded protein is also a protooncogene and shown to be involved in regulation of telomerase. A pseudogene of this gene is located on the X chromosome. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Recombinant human ETS2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.Alternative Names
V-ets erythroblastosis virus E26 oncogene homolog 2, ETS2IT1Concentration
1mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 10% glycerol, 0.4M ureaStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
