Description
FOPNL is involved in the biogenesis of cilia. This protein belongs to the FGFR1OP family and contains 1 LisH domain. FOPNL is widely expressed and detected in brain, heart, kidney, liver, lung, skeletal muscle, placenta and intestine. Recombinant human FOPNL protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
FGFR1OP N-terminal like, C16orf63, FOR20, PHSECRG2Concentration
1mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 0.15M NaCl, 10% glycerolStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
