Description
GID8 also known as glucose-induced degradation protein 8 homolog was identified through a two hybrid-associated protein screen with RanBPM. It interacts with RanBP9 and comprises a protein complex with RanBPM and Muskelin. Recombinant human GID8, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
Glucose-induced degradation protein 8 homolog, C20orf11,TWA1Concentration
1mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) containing 20% glycerol, 1mM DTTStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
