Description
SPINT2, also known as kunitz-type protease inhibitor 2, inhibits HGF activator which prevents the formation of active hepatocyte growth factor. This protein has been identified as a putative tumor suppressor gene silenced by promoter methylation. Recombinant human SPINT2, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
