Description
HDHD1A, also known as haloacid dehalogenase-like hydrolase domain-containing protein 1A, belongs to the adiponutrin family. This protein is of interest because it is an X-linked gene that escapes X-inactivation. It is particularly important in the understanding of human X chromosome structural organization as well as the mechanism of X-inactivation. Recombinant human HDHD1A protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.Alternative Names
Haloacid dehalogenase-like hydrolase domain-containing protein 1A, DXF68S1E, FAM16AX, GS1, pseudouridine 5'-phosphatase, HDHD1, Haloacid dehalogenase-like hydrolase domain-containing protein 1, Pseudouridine-5'-monophosphatase, 5'-PsiMPaseConcentration
1mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 20% glycerol, 0.1M NaCl, 1mM DTTStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
