Description
HDHD3, also known as haloacid dehalogenase-like hydrolase domain-containing protein 3, belongs to the HAD-like hydrolase superfamily. This family of hydrolase enzymes includes L-2-haloacid dehalogenase, epoxide hydrolases and phosphatases. Recombinant human HDHD3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.Alternative Names
MGC12904, Haloacid dehalogenase-like hydrolase domain-containing protein 3, Chromosome 9 open reading frame 158, C9orf158Concentration
1mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 10% glycerolStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
