Description
HEPACAM2 is required during prometaphase for centrosome maturation. Following poly-ADP-ribosylation (PARsylation) by TNKS, this protein translocates from the Golgi apparatus to mitotic centrosomes and plays a key role in the formation of robust microtubules for prompt movement of chromosomes. Recombinant human HEPACAM2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.Alternative Names
HEPACAM family member 2 isoform 1, MIKIConcentration
1mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 0.4M urea, 10% glycerolStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
