Description
HSPB9, also known as CT51, belongs to the small heat shock protein (HSP20) family. Localizing to the cytoplasm as well as the nucleus, HSPB9 is expressed specifically in the testis. Recombinant human HSPB9 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.Alternative Names
Heat shock protein beta-9, CT51 (cancer/testis antigen 51)Concentration
0.25mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 50% glycerol, 0.2M NaCl, 2mM DTTStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
