Description
Interfereon alpha 7, also known as IFNA7, belongs to the alpha/beta interferon family. IFNA7 is produced by macrophages. IFN-alpha has antiviral activities. Interferon stimulates the production of two enzymes: a protein kinase and an oligoadenylate synthetase. Recombinant human IFNA7 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.Alternative Names
Interferon alpha-7, IFNA7, IFN-alphaJ, IFNA-J, Interferon alpha-J1, IFN-alpha-J1Concentration
0.5mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 0.4M urea, 10% glycerolStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
