Description
IFN-alpha/beta R2, also known as IFNAR2, is a member of the class II cytokine receptor family. This protein is the principal ligand binding subunit of the receptor. Ligand bindnig is stabilized by the subsequent association with IFNAR1 and forms the signaling compelx recptor. It also plays the role in STAT1, STAT2, and STAT3 activation. Recombinant human IFN-alpha/beta R2, fused to hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
Interferon alpha/beta receptor 2, IFNAR2, IFN-alpha binding protein, Interferon alpha binding protein, Type I interferon receptor 2, interferon alpha/beta receptor 2 isoform a, IFN-R-2, IFNABR, IFNARB, IFN-alpha-REC, IFN-R, IMD45Concentration
0.25mg/ml (determined by Absorbance at 280nm)Concentration
Liquid in. Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) containing 10% glycerolStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
