Description
IL17RA, also known as interleukin-17 receptor A isoform 1, is a cytokine receptor which binds interleukin 17. It is a potent inducer of the maturation of CD34-positive hematopoietic precursors into neutrophils. It is a type1 membrane glycoprotein that binds with low affinity to interleukin 17A. This protein and Interleukin 17A play a pathogenic role in many inflammatory and autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. Recombinant human IL17RA, fused to hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
Interleukin-17 receptor A isoform 1, IL17RA, CANDF5, CD217, CDw217, hIL-17R, IL-17RA, IL17R, IMD51, Macrophagleukin-17 receptor 2Concentration
0.5mg/ml (determined by absorbance at 280nm)Concentration
Liquid in. Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) containing 10% glycerolStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
