Description
IL34, also known as Interleukin 34, is a protein belonging to a group of cytokines called interleukins. This protein increases growth or survival of immune cells known as monocytes; it elicits its activity by binding the Colony stimulating factor 1 receptor. It also has a potential role in viral infection, the adaptive immune response and bone marrow cell proliferation. Recombinant human IL34 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.Alternative Names
Interleukin-34 isoform 1, IL34, C16orf77, IL-34Concentration
1mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 10% glycerol 0.4M ureaStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
