Description
KLK10, also known as Kallikrein-10, is one of the fifteen kallikrein subfamily members. Kallikreins are a subgroup of serine proteases having diverse physiological functions. Growing evidence suggests that many kallikreins are implicated in carcinogenesis and some have potential as novel cancer and other disease biomarkers. It is secreted and may play a role in suppression of tumorigenesis in breast and prostate cancers. Recombinant human KLK10 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.Alternative Names
PRSSL1, Protease serine-like 1, Normal epithelial cell-specific 1, NES1, KLK10, Kallikrein-10, Kallikrein related peptidase 10Concentration
1mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 10% glycerol 0.4M ureaStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
