Description
LIPG has substantial phospholipase activity and may be involved in lipoprotein metabolism and vascular biology. This protein is designated a member of the TG lipase family by its sequence and characteristic lid region which provides substrate specificity for enzymes of the TG lipase family. Recombinant human LIPG protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.Alternative Names
Endothelial lipase precursor, Endothelial lipase precursor, Lipase, endothelial, EDL, EL, PRO719Concentration
1mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 10% glycerol, 0.4M ureaStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
