Description
LY6D contains 1 uPAR/Ly6 domain and is expressed exclusively at the outer cell surface of transitional epithelia and the keratinocyte of stratified squamous epithelia. This protein may act as a specification marker at earliest stage specification of lymphocytes between B- and T-cell development. It marks the earliest stage of B-cell specification. Recombinant human LY6D protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
