Description
MAGEA8 also known as Melanoma-associated antigen 8 is a member of the MAGE gene family, which comprises 12 known genes, of which 6 are expressed in tumors. The MAGE genes were initially isolated from different kinds of tumors, and based on their virtually exclusive tumor-specific expression in adult tissues, they have been used as targets for cancer immunotherapy. Recombinant human MAGEA8, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniquesAlternative Names
Melanoma-associated antigen 8, CT1.8, MAGE8Concentration
0.25mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4) containing 10% glycerol, 1mM DTTStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
