Description
MAPRE2, also known as RP1 or EB2, is evolutionarily conserved proteins, which associate with the tips of growing microtubules, and regulate microtubule dynamics and their interactions with intracellular structures. It has been shown that EB proteins regulate microtubule function through CLIP proteins. Recombinant human MAPRE2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.Alternative Names
