Description
MYOZ1 is primarily expressed in the skeletal muscle, and belongs to the myozenin family. Members of this family function as calcineurin-interacting proteins that help tether calcineurin to the sarcomere of cardiac and skeletal muscle. They play an important role in modulation of calcineurin signaling. Recombinant human MYOZ1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.Alternative Names
Myozenin-1, CS-2, FATZ, MYOZConcentration
1mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)Concentration
Liquid in. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 0.4M UREA, 10% glycerolStorage: Can be stored at +2C to +8C for 1 week. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
