Description
PBLD, also known as MAWBP, is a phenazine biosynthesis-like protein (PhzF) family. Expressed in most tissues, PBLD is the only representative of the PhzF family in the human genome. It is participate in the MAPK signaling pathway. Involved in multiple basic cellular functions, expression of PBLD is elevated in several disease processes, including Insulin resistance, folate deficiency and hypotension. Recombinant human PBLD protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
