Phosphoethanolamine/phosphocholine phosphatase, also known as PHOSPHO1, has a high activity toward phosphoethanolamine (PEA) and phosphocholine (PCho). This protein is involved in the generation of inorganic phosphate for bone mineralization. Recombinant human PHOSPHO1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
