Description
PRKAR2A also known as cAMP-dependent protein kinase type II-alpha regulatory subunit. This subunit can be phosphorylated by the activated catalytic subunit. It may interact with various A-kinase anchoring proteins and determine the subcellular localization of cAMP-dependent protein kinase. Recombinant human PRKAR2A, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
