SERTAD1, also known as SERTA domain-containing protein, acts at E2F-responsive promoters to integrate signals provided by PHD- and/or bromodomain-containing transcription factors. This protein stimulates E2F-1/DP-1 transcriptional activity. Recombinant human SERTAD1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.Alternative Names
