Description
SH3 domain-binding glutamic acid-rich-like protein 3, also known as SH3BGRL3, is located to chromosome 1p34. 3-35 encodes for a small protein of 93 amino acids. SH3BGRL3 is the new member of thioredoxin (TRX) super family, whose posttranslational modified form was identified as tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) inhibitory protein. It may function as a regulator in all-trans retinoic acid-induced pathway. Recombinant human SH3BGRL3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.Alternative Names
